We were awarded the contract by McKnight Associates Wealth Management to refurbish there new prestigious office development at 9 Rubislaw Terrace. This was a traditional terraced granite building on four floors to the west end of Aberdeen City.

Although there had been several previous owners the building still had a lot of its period features which McKnight Associates were keen to maintain.

Work involved was the stripping and re slating of the roof, refurbishing all the sash and casement windows, Re-pointing to both front and rear facades, re-wiring, re-plumbing,  heating, rot treatment, refurbishing all the original features, plaster cornice work, and a full redecoration top to bottom inside and out.

On completion McKnight Associates took possession of their new office which exceeded their expectations. A building full of character with a warm and welcoming ambience.
